Raul Gallon is the President and Executive National General Adjuster of G&G Insurance Adjusters, Inc., a premier bilingual insurance services firm serving top-tier insurance carriers across the United States. Under Raul’s leadership, G&G has grown to a nationwide team of over 750 bilingual adjusters, completing more than 40,000 claims and administering over $71 million in annual claim payments across six states.

Based in Florida, Raul drives the company’s strategic direction, client relations, and operational excellence. He also leads G&G Holdings Group, LLC, overseeing underwriting, audits, and corporate management functions.

With over 23 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance sector, Raul is known for his deep industry expertise, operational leadership, and innovative business strategies that generate consistent growth and profitability. His experience spans catastrophe response, large-loss claims, and high-net-worth accounts, having served clients such as Universal Property & Casualty, Citizens Property Insurance, Zurich, and Lexington Insurance.

Earlier in his career, Raul held key adjusting roles at Coastal Adjustment Services, Sedgwick, Cunningham Lindsey, and Axis, among others. He began his professional journey as a Financial Analyst at DWV Investments.

Raul holds designations as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Insurance (AINS), and Certified Property Appraiser and Umpire (CPAU). He is licensed in 19 states and fluent in both English and Spanish.

Education

Raul holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics, Business Administration, and Management from Florida Atlantic University, along with an Associate of Arts from Broward College.

In addition to his academic credentials, Raul pursued Russian language studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University, demonstrating his commitment to global communication. A lifelong learner with a passion for professional development, he has earned multiple certifications, including NFIP Flood Certification, WIND Certified Umpire, and Insurance Claims Adjuster licensure, among others.

Community Service

Raul Gallon’s Hispanic heritage has deeply influenced his lifelong commitment to community and social development. Recognized with numerous honors and heartfelt support from his community, Raul has consistently advocated for equity and inclusion. He believes that every individual deserves equal access to opportunity, and he has dedicated his efforts to uplifting underserved populations.

Combining his background in business administration with entrepreneurial acumen, Raul launched impactful initiatives aimed at empowering his community. During his service as a Florida House Representative, he spearheaded a progressive campaign centered on environmental protection, clean water access, downtown revitalization, tourism promotion, support for the LGBTQ+ community, expansion of arts and culture, and small business growth.

Over the past two decades, Raul has remained a dedicated advocate and mentor, actively supporting nonprofit organizations—including through The Gallon Foundation. His unwavering commitment to community advancement has earned his company multiple accolades, including prestigious awards from the Business Journal for outstanding service and impact.

Personal Life

Raul Gallon was born and raised in Colombia in a hardworking middle-class family. Driven by a passion for education and entrepreneurship, he moved to the United States on August 15, 1995, determined to build a better future. The early years were marked by perseverance and grit—Raul worked multiple jobs in restaurants and commercial buildings while pursuing his studies to support himself and pay for his education.

As an international student at Broward Community College, Raul faced steep financial challenges—paying tuition nearly four times higher than domestic students. His days began in the classroom from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, followed by a quick two-hour turnaround before starting evening work at 4:00 PM. Even after a full shift, Raul would wash two to three cars every night past midnight, pushing himself to stay afloat and stay focused.

“Entrepreneurship is not a destination—it’s a journey,” Raul often says, and his life is a living testament to that belief. From trading chickens as a young boy in Colombia to building multiple successful businesses in the U.S., Raul has always had an instinct for enterprise and a tireless work ethic. He comes from a family that believes in their ability to create, grow, and lead—and he has never shied away from a challenge.

Today, Raul finds his greatest joy at home in Downtown Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Marina, and their two children—David, a lively young boy, and Eva, their sweet one-year-old daughter. Raul and Marina were married in February 2019, and they share a deep love for travel, motorsports, and family adventures. Passionate about Formula 1 and exotic cars, the couple enjoys attending racing events and exploring scenic destinations with friends and loved ones.

In addition to his work in the insurance and business sectors, Raul maintains a growing interest in cryptocurrency and stock market investing. While he approaches investing with discretion, it reflects his continued drive to explore opportunities and expand his knowledge in evolving markets.
