Raul Gallon is a first-generation Colombian-American, successful entrepreneur, and seasoned insurance professional with over 23 years of industry leadership. After immigrating to Florida in 1995, Raul worked his way through college, graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in International Economics—while supporting himself as an international student.

Today, Raul is the Founder and CEO of G&G Insurance Adjusters, Inc., a respected Florida-based firm with over 750 bilingual adjusters serving catastrophe zones across the U.S. He also leads G&G Holdings Group, LLC, a diversified company focused on risk management, insurance solutions, and small business growth.

Raul has handled over 15,000 claims, led teams through 19+ hurricanes, and worked with top national carriers including AIG, Citizens, Zurich, and Lexington Insurance. Licensed in 19 states, he has served both on the field and in executive roles, managing multimillion-dollar losses, conducting appraisals, and resolving high-stakes claims with professionalism and fairness.
With certifications including CPCU, AIC, AINS, CPAU, and FEMA flood training, Raul brings unmatched technical skill, bilingual communication, and real-world business insight. He’s not a career politician—he’s a hands-on leader who knows how to solve problems and build teams that deliver results.
